如何鉴定台湾高山茶的真假?

终极品鉴台湾高山茶最可靠的方法依然是靠不断地去伪存真，慢慢品出来的，绝对需要一个交学费的过程。然而常识性的东西还是有迹可循：
1、市面及淘宝上的台湾高山茶价格不一，很便宜的基本不会是真正的台湾高山茶，但很贵的也不能完全保证能买到真品，买家确实需要一双慧眼。我曾多次在淘宝拍台湾茶，大多数都被退货了，口感是骗不了人的。如果福寿山茶喝出了阿里山金萱茶的奶香味道，还能是真的吗？
2、台湾高山茶的品质与价格和海拔高度成正比，其产量却和海拔高度成反比，也就是越高海拔茶园的面积越少，出产高山茶的产量越少而品质越高、价格越贵。冻顶山茶区海拔700米上下，阿里山茶区1500米上下，杉林溪茶区1800米以下，梨山茶区2200以下，大禹岭和福寿山茶区2600以下。台湾人工费用颇高，产量偏少，造成了台湾高山茶价格高高在上的现象。
3、海拔1500-2000米的台湾高山茶区常年云雾缭绕，日照时短，茶汤滋味清爽，价格150元/150g上下应该是正常的，的确是初涉台湾高山茶的首选；海拔最高的茶区如大禹岭和福寿山出产的高冷茶常年气温偏低，生长缓慢，蕴含的胶质丰富，叶片肥厚，茶汤滋味非常甘醇，山韵悠长，价格在300元/150克应该是起步价；价格适中的便是梨山茶，茶园面积大，产量高，茶汤清香爽滑，价格应该在200元/150克上下。
4、台湾高山茶树一般都是山间坡地种植的软枝乌龙灌木茶，通常一年两季，春茶5月份采摘，秋（冬）茶大概在9、10月份，高山茶叶片呈锯齿状稍带红边，采摘通常带有一小段茶梗，揉捻后呈半球状，外观墨绿油润，冲泡舒展开呈暗绿色，茶底漂亮有型。
5、台湾茶商已在越南山区大量栽植台湾种的茶树并成规模，品质自然不能和台湾本地高山茶同日而语，大量回流到台湾后一部分加工成快销茶品，其余的则混入台湾本地高山茶中混淆视线，虽然进口到大陆看似台湾原装颇让一般人真假难辨。不过拿到一包台湾高山茶，不妨先倒出来铺开细细观瞧，也许就能看出品质不一的些许端倪。
6、目前在闽南也有台湾茶种植，同样是台湾高山茶的加工工艺，出产茶的质量接近低海拔台湾高山茶的口感，但这种茶是大陆生产并在大陆销售，没有真正的台湾进口手续，价格自然便宜许多。有的朋友在茶叶店买台湾高山茶，店家竟然是从大口袋里㧟出来上秤称的茶，这百分百是假茶无疑。还有见50克、100克一包的台湾茶，也不符合台湾常规。台湾高山茶以台斤论重量，一台斤=600克，通常分成4包真空装，外形方正，一包150克。
7、十年前从喝福建铁观音开始，到不经意接触台湾大禹岭高冷茶而被其惊艳，苦于淘宝不容易买到真品台湾高山茶，索性飞到台湾，自驾跨越台湾的中央山脉，寻访那里的高山茶园，先后走马访茶鹿谷的冻顶和杉林溪、阿里山的石桌和里佳、大禹岭和福寿梨山，观其大美景色的同时品其好茶，真是乐事一桩。只有喝到了真正的好茶才能分辨出其中的滋味妙处与特点区别。回来后朋友们索要访茶攻略，索性花些时间详细写了《台湾绝美之路》一书（中国地图出版社2017年9月出版），其中探访茶园的内容有图有真相有感受，喜欢台湾喜欢高山茶的众亲不妨一阅，也许还能在追求好茶的路上少走些弯路。
